Experienced. Qualified. Supportive.

I am a highly experienced sports educator/mentor who has been active in the health industry for over 18 years. My main focus areas are Menopause, participation sport, and endurance sport. I have been privileged to work with National Governing Bodies such as Athletics Ireland, local sports partnerships and Sport Ireland. My coaching experience in Athletics, Strength & Conditioning, and general Fitness is extensive, and I work with women of all levels, from those starting their fitness journey to those striving for peak performance. As a result of my work, many of my clients have been able to stay active during the menopause years, where previously they had struggled. Even better, they’ve managed to achieve their running goals.

I was fortunate to run a pilot program, for Athletics Ireland, to put the research into practice and find practical and sustainable solutions for women to continue to enjoy running and navigated the impact of menopause on physical activity. I have since  developed coaching programmes, online and in-person workshops, and webinars that I deliver nationally and internationally. I offer tailored workshops and webinars that are focused on your group’s needs and wants. I am available to present workshops within your community, sports club or gym, and I have extensive experience working with sports governing bodies, companies, Local Sports partnerships, and multi-disciplinary healthcare teams.

How I work

I specialise in getting results for menopausal women with their running training and nutrition during the menopausal years and beyond. Our body has changed so we may need to change how we exercise and eat to get back to feeling like ourselves again. I do this through Mastering Midlife Workshops and Webinars, Reset Your Running Programmes, and the annual 20-week Dublin Marathon Coaching Programme. 

My work is based on research and facts, not fluff. I will get you back to feeling like the runner you used to be with practical solutions and sustainable plans that can be easily implemented to help you thrive, not just survive menopause.
