I specialise in helping menopausal women with their running training and nutrition during the menopausal years and beyond. Our body has changed so we may now need to make changes to how we exercise and how we eat to get back to feeling like ourselves again.

Did you know as your body has changed you may need to make changes to your training and nutrition? One of the biggest challenges for active peri and post-menopausal women is that we have a much narrower margin for error.

Our training and nutrition needs to be more precise. If it is not then we either fail to progress or just stay stuck where we are and often accept that this is just part of the ageing process. This does not have to be the case.

In the past you may have just ‘trained’ with not a huge amount of thought or science put into it. This works to a point and in our younger years we would have got away with less precision.

My work is based on research and facts not fluff. I break down the science into practical solutions that can be easily implemented to help you thrive not just survive menopause.
