I specialise in helping menopausal women with their running training and nutrition during the menopausal years and beyond. Our body has changed so we may now need to make changes to how we exercise and how we eat to get back to feeling like ourselves again.

Workshops & Group Presentations
All women will go through Menopause. 84% experience symptoms and 70% of these women experience symptoms that they describe as moderate to severe, which affects their daily lives. Of all active women, 90% have no knowledge on how they should now exercise and support their health. These women are still trying to perform to their very best at work and home whilst juggling the demands of being part of the ‘sandwich’ generation caring for children and ageing parents. I specialise in helping women in midlife take charge of their health, fitness, and quality of life while they transition through menopause.
