All women will experience menopause and all women will have different experiences of menopause. Many of us know we need to make changes to the way we eat, exercise and support ourselves but don’t know where to start.

Some women will need general advice and others will want very specific advice. What should we be doing more of? What should we be doing less of? What exercise will help my symptoms and what will exacerbate them?

These questions and more can be answered in a 1:1 consultation or you might want to make long term sustainable changes where you have accountability and support.

I can offer both services

Absolutely not. I work with women of all levels; many are restarting their fitness journey after many years of supporting family, and many are aiming for performance goals in their chosen sport. Every plan is individual to you and starts where you are, with your goals in mind

Women in the 45-60 age bracket are often referred to as the ‘sandwich generation’ stuck between ageing parents and teenage children. It’s a time of life where we may be trying to support others and need a coach to give accountability, structure and support.

Yes. All masterclasses can be tailored to suit the needs of individual groups. Whether you are a sports club group looking for performance edge or a work group looking for guidance on how to negotiate menopause I can help. By the end of this masterclass, you will know and understand the impact of menopause on the body and what we can do to thrive not survive during this period of your life.
