When we training as menopause athletes we always start with the 5 pillars of health. This underpins all training plans as so much changes as we age and we keep an eye on our future fitness as well as our current fitness. We consider our muscle, bone health, joints, cardiovascular system and our mental health.

Then we look at how we can balance our menopause jigsaw and join the dots between our hormonal health, running, nutrition and recovery. There is a lot more to consider than just a training plan.
