- More exercise is not better. Better exercise is better
- The only exercise we benefit from is that which we can recover from
- Some days the most productive thing you can do is rest and recover
- Accept where you are in life and that you may need to make lifestyle changes
- Take responsibility for your body and your health – make the changes for you
- There is no magic pill. HRT can be a game changer but it is only part of the puzzle. Specific exercise, good nutrition and self care are also part of the puzzle.
